Is your product genuine?

Every Superior Peptide pack carries a unique QR code and a hidden scratch code. Check either one here in a few seconds.

Letters and numbers only. Capitals don't matter.

Scan the QR code on the pack with your phone camera. It checks the product automatically.

How verification works

  1. Two keys, one product. The QR code and the scratch code on your pack belong to the same product. Use whichever is easier.
  2. The first check confirms it. The first time either one is checked, we confirm the product is genuine and record the time.
  3. Every later check warns. If the pack is checked again, with either key, you'll see when it was first verified. Copied labels are caught this way.

Tip: verify when you open the pack, and only once. If you see a warning for a pack you didn't verify before, please don't use it and contact us.

Questions

It says my product was already verified. What now?

If you (or someone in your household) scanned the QR code or entered the scratch code before, that's expected: each pack confirms as genuine only once. If nobody did, the label may have been copied. Please don't use the product and contact us with the time shown.

My code isn't recognised.

Check each character carefully. Codes never use the letters O, I, L, S, B or Z, or the numbers 0, 1, 2, 5 or 8, so those are always another character. If it still fails, the product may not be genuine.

Do I need both the QR code and the scratch code?

No. Either one is enough. The scratch code helps if you can't scan, and it stays hidden until the pack is in your hands.
